Where is footy near you?If you are interested in playing Australian Football or becoming involved off-field, your best option is to contact your nearest league or club. To do that, have a look through our Links and our World Footy Atlas. We could list specific details here, but most leagues and clubs have their own website on which you will find contact details, usually an email address, which regularly changes. So whether you are a well honed professional or a complete beginner new to football, get in contact and have a go, we're sure you'll be welcome. If you are based in Australia and want to play football, but are largely unfamiliar with game, several football clubs offer programs to help new players get involved. See our Multicultural Football Programs in Australia section. If you need further help or have an enquiry regarding this website, you can contact any of the editors or regular writers through our Contact Us - About Us page. The AFL is widely regarded as the world governing body for Australian Football. They have a general contact address for international related issues: international at afl.com.au Last Updated: Sunday, February 14 2010 @ 11:46 PM EST|Hits: 16,739 |
