Leagues and clubs certainly appreciate any assistance they receive. Most players and officials are amateurs, i.e. unpaid sportspeople and volunteers. The biggest costs are generally travel, with large distances between clubs or long travel needed for international tournaments. You can generally contact leagues or clubs through their websites - visit our Links section for more details.

In future worldfootynews.com will also be looking to assist in making it easier for supporters of international footy to contribute. More details when they are available. In the meantime, if anyone wishes to make a financial contribution we are happy to offer advice and assistance in seeing it go to a worthwhile cause.
