Congrats to the Convicts. It's great to see the Chileans get a chance to play some Aussies and get a taste for the game as played outside South America. It looked like a nice field and good conditions.

I'd love to see the AFL get really proactive and try to get a combined South American side across to the 2011 International Cup for the likely development division. Early days I know, but it would really expose them to the wider international footy community. It's such an untapped continent, full of potential that we don't know much about in Australia. (I mean in terms of many things, culture, trade, sport).
