Northwind train surrounded by snow in Ottawa

International Cup 2011

Myk Aussie attends training in Ottawa surrounded by snow. But dont worry the potential Northwind boys are warm and dry under the covered sports field as they prepare for the 2011 International Cup. Given Melbourne's weather in the past year they might be better preparing outside in the snow

In this first part of a two part special Myk as always, enthusiastically covers the training under the dome.

Part 2 will be coming up shortly with Myk interviewing Canadian coach Jaye Macumber.

Very interesting footage, thanks Myk.  As far as I know we really have nothing like this in Australia.

We have the trials and tribulations of the Peace Team trying to train in almost desert settings and having to cross security barriers, and we have Canadians training inside domes because of snow.

May not be snow, but, still, across June and July it'd be nice to have one of those domes to train under.

Are the lads in Iceland still accessing training at the indoor venue?
