Africa The Australian Rules amateur footy players touring South Africa, dubbed the Convicts, will now travel in early 2005, numbers permitting. Organiser Brian Clarke is still looking for a few more amateur football players interested in the tour. Players can be from anywhere in Australia, or arrangements can be made for those overseas. The details follow.

The International Australian Football Council has re-scheduled to allow greater numbers to be confirmed. The tour includes three matches against local South African players, time in Johannesburg and Soweto, a visit to Sun City and a big game safari in the famous Kruger National Park. They're still looking for more players of any ability, keen for an adventure of a life time. Tour departs January 29th and returns February 12th, 2005. Cost is AU$4990 although sponsorship packages can help offset the cost.
